Hi! I’m Alexa! Music and Movement is an art that I have enjoyed and been passionate about since I was a little girl. Growing up competitively dancing taught me a lot about the effects that music and movement have on your body and overall well-being. My goal as an instructor is to help guide students towards what makes them feel good. I believe that the power of breath, movement, mindfulness, some good music, a good sweat, and a smile can help clear the mind and bring the body to a state of awareness. We often times get caught up in the hustle of life and I want to help guide you to create balance between work and play. I will lead you through creative flows that will get your energy flowing. My goal as part owner and founder of Aligned Movement is to create a space where you can come be yourself, heal, make connections, and have fun!

My goal as an instructor is to create a space where people can come let go and have a good time. As co-founder, my focus for Aligned Movement is for students and teachers to become more internally focused. It is easy to get caught up in our external selves, worrying about our image in the world. Showing up for you is the first step of that journey.

Hi, my name is Victoria. I have always been motivated to move my body, starting at a very young age, due to being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Since then, it has been important to live a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. When I discovered Aligned Movement, all the doors opened for me; moving my body became fun and something I looked forward to every day. Aligned Movement became my home away from home. The classes, warm and inviting environment, and experienced instructors have vitalized and grounded me. I’m proud to now be part of the team as the studio assistant, supporting both our members and instructors. I also recently got my certification to instruct Hot HIIT Pilates, and I want to bring my energy and passion to you all. My goal is to make it your home away from home as well. Meet you on the mat!

Hi! My name is Alexis! I am a passionate yoga teacher whose journey into the practice began at a young age. Growing up, I was always drawn to movement, discovering early on how yoga could bring balance, clarity, and strength to both the mind & body. Inspired by the transformative power of the practice, I started teaching yoga during highschool because I was eager to share the benefits of yoga with others. Completing my training in 2024 has opened more doors for me to share this practice with others and help them connect their mind & body on the mat. While you will find some clarity on the mat with me, you will also learn that life is too short to take everything seriously, so you will be encouraged to find some fun in the practice as well!

My body was instantly in love with that post class feeling you get, I left glowing and having never felt better!

Hello! My name is Bella! I grew up a competitive dancer and loved to move my body. After leaving, I missed the incredible feeling I got after dancing, but after taking my first class at Aligned, I knew it was something amazing. My body was instantly in love with that post class feeling you get, I left glowing and having never felt better! I was craving more and more. It instantly became the best part of my week going to class, not only because it was an incredible source of movement for my body, but because of the radiating positive energy you find at Aligned Movement.

As an instructor, my goal is to make sure everyone is having fun as they move, and leaving class feeling satisfied and craving more! I want you all to leave class feeling like the best versions of yourself!

Caitlin is a 200-hour yoga teacher with a dual certification in power and restorative practices. Her passion is to heal and guide students through the practice of yoga using the power of breath to movement. She will lead you through creative flows that align the body and soul while also making sure every student leaves with a smile on their face and a little more love in their heart. Yoga is your practice so stepping onto your mat and showing up for yourselves without any judgment is her goal - and to have fun, of course. I promise you won't leave this class without having a laugh, cause this bubbly teacher will be sure to get at least one out of you. Her mantra is "life is just not that serious" because well, we are all guilty of taking life a little too seriously. Come flow, relax, and release, but mainly come as you are. A stronger version of yourself is waiting and she can't wait to help you transform.

 Darah has been inspired by movement since the age of three. It all started (and never stopped) with dance and led to yoga years later, for which she is eternally grateful. Darah started teaching various forms of yoga beginning in 2017 and has since earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Outside of the studio, she teaches 6th grade and enjoys being outside in nature with her husband. Darah encourages all humans to find movement every day that brings joy to their lives. In class, she aspires to give practitioners the opportunity to find their own light in a safe environment. Darah is so excited to empower her students through movement at Aligned!

I was an avid gym goer for years, but after a while, it began to feel like something I had to do rather than something I wanted to do. I started exploring different types of movement and listening to my body. After my first class at aligned movement, I felt my spark come alive again. The class setting was uplifting, and I always left excited to return for more. I fell in love with the practice and recently got certified as a Hot HIIT Pilates instructor. I’m excited to share my love of movement and fitness with you all, and I hope to inspire you to move your body because we get to, not because we have to.

Hi, I’m Kylie! My journey with group fitness started with barre, and I fell in love with the class environment. This love most recently led me to yoga and Pilates. There is just something different about Hot HIIT Pilates at Aligned. The energy is addicting and inspiring, and I became obsessed with how I felt after completing class. This feeling led me to get certified as a Hot HIIT Pilates instructor.


My goal in each class is to give my students an escape, a safe place to disconnect from the world. I promise my classes are filled with energy, good vibes, and upbeat music.

I became a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association and have spent the last two years training one-on-one clients. Today, I manage and own Be Fit Performance with my husband in Lakeville, MA.

From the first class I took at Aligned, I was hooked — the energy, the sweat, the community, and the drive of everyone in the room reminded me why I love group fitness so much. There’s nothing like teaching a room full of amazing people — it's a spark that will never fade.

Hi my name is Morgan! Moving my body has always been such an important part of my life. Growing up, I competed in all star cheerleading for 12 years, which is what I owe my love for movement to. Soon after aging out of the sport, I picked up weightlifting, but wanted to find something where I still felt I was a part of a community, like in cheerleading. When I took my first Pilates class at Aligned, I felt at home. The people, the vibes, the music… I instantly fell in love with the practice. This then led me to becoming a certified Hot HIIT Pilates instructor! I can’t wait to share my love for movement with you and hope to inspire you to try something new!

He completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bhakti Yoga in India, deepening his spiritual and physical practice. With a degree in Athletic

With every class, Tyler shares the transformative power of yoga—not just as a physical practice, but as a path to reclaiming the body, cultivating resilience, and embracing play. His teaching invites students to explore their edges with compassion and curiosity, while grounding in breath, gratitude, and community. Vishaan’s favorite type of yoga is power, which makes her feel strong and grounded. Using her knowledge of safety and sequencing, Vishaan creates a fun class that
