Growing up competitively dancing taught me a lot about the effects that music and movement have on your body and overall well-being. My goal as an instructor is to help guide students towards what makes them feel good. I believe that the power of breath, movement, mindfulness, some good music, a good sweat, and a smile can help clear the mind and bring the body to a state of awareness. We often times get caught up in the hustle of life and I want to help guide you to create balance between work and play. I will lead you through creative flows that will get your energy flowing. My goal as part owner and founder of Aligned Movement is to create a space where you can come be yourself, heal, make connections, and have fun!

Caitlin is a 200-hour yoga teacher with a dual certification in power and restorative practices. Her passion is to heal and guide students through the practice of yoga using the power of breath to movement. She will lead you through creative flows that align the body and soul while also making sure every student leaves with a smile on their face and a little more love in their heart. Yoga is your practice so stepping onto your mat and showing up for yourselves without any judgment is her goal - and to have fun, of course. I promise you won't leave this class without having a laugh, cause this bubbly teacher will be sure to get at least one out of you. Her mantra is "life is just not that serious" because well, we are all guilty of taking life a little too seriously. Come flow, relax, and release, but mainly come as you are. A stronger version of yourself is waiting and she can't wait to help you transform.

I fell in love with Hot HIIT Pilates, the first class I took. I left the class feeling motivated, inspired and wanting more. With this, I wanted to gain more knowledge and decided to become a certified instructor.
As an instructor, I hope to inspire the students and have them leave the class feeling excited, motivated, and confident.
Laurel is a passionate student and teacher who initially found her way to the mat for the physical practice of yoga; but since her diagnosis with Metastatic Breast Cancer she has found that yoga is so much more than physical movement. Laurel is a passionate student and teacher who initially found her way to the mat for the physical practice of yoga; but since her diagnosis with Metastatic Breast Cancer she has found that yoga is so much more than physical movement. She believes that the mat is where the practice of contentment, curiosity, self awareness, exploration, and mind, body, breath connection begin.
Her classes invite students to move intentionally with their breath and encourage students to view themselves with a lens of curiosity rather than judgement; in order to live a more joyful and embodied experience both on and off of their mat.
She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Boston Yoga Union in 2023, and is currently pursuing her 500 hour teacher training at Troy City Yoga.

Hi, I’m Kylie! My journey with group fitness started with barre, and I fell in love with the class environment. This love most recently led me to yoga and Pilates. There is just something different about Hot HIIT Pilates at Aligned. The energy is addicting and inspiring, and I became obsessed with how I felt after completing class. This feeling led me to get certified as a Hot HIIT Pilates instructor.
My goal in each class is to give my students an escape, a safe place to disconnect from the world. I promise my classes are filled with energy, good vibes, and upbeat music.

My body was instantly in love with that post class feeling you get, I left glowing and having never felt better! I was craving more and more. It instantly became the best part of my week going to class, not only because it was an incredible source of movement for my body, but because of the radiating positive energy you find at Aligned Movement.
As an instructor, my goal is to make sure everyone is having fun as they move, and leaving class feeling satisfied and craving more! I want you all to leave class feeling like the best versions of yourself!

Since then, it has been important to live a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. When I discovered Aligned Movement, all the doors opened for me; moving my body became fun and something I looked forward to every day. Aligned Movement became my home away from home. The classes, warm and inviting environment, and experienced instructors have vitalized and grounded me. Hi, I’m Lani! Growing up an athlete, I have always had a passion for movement. I was an avid gym goer for years, but after a while, it began to feel like something I had to do rather than something I wanted to do. I started exploring different types of movement and listening to my body. After my first class at aligned movement, I felt my spark come alive again. The class setting was uplifting, and I always left excited to return for more. I fell in love with the practice and recently got certified as a Hot HIIT Pilates instructor. I’m excited to share my love of movement and fitness with you all, and I hope to inspire you to move your body because we get to, not because we have to.
Darah has been inspired by movement since the age of three. It all started (and never stopped) with dance and led to yoga years later, for which she is eternally grateful. Darah started teaching various forms of yoga beginning in 2017 and has since earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Outside of the studio, she teaches 6th grade and enjoys being outside in nature with her husband. Darah encourages all humans to find movement every day that brings joy to their lives. In class, she aspires to give practitioners the opportunity to find their own light in a safe environment. Darah is so excited to empower her students through movement at Aligned!
