A heated 60-minute, high-intensity low-impact interval training, based on the pilates principles of breath and controlled movement. During the practice, we utilize the Tabata method, 8 rounds of 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest. The Tabatas method is proven to create long lean muscle mass, fast. During the practice, we utilize the Tabata method, 8 rounds of 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest. The Tabatas method is proven to create long lean muscle mass, fast. It is a total body workout. Each class moves through a series of exercises designed to tone different parts of the body. Hot HIIT Pilates will have fun music to get you working hard and a cold lavender cloth waiting for you for our cool down!

 Hot Power aligns an intentional sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. This fast-moving energetic flow creates strength and fluidity within the body and mind. The heat allows the ability to give your heart, lungs, and muscles an exceptionally strong practice.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow

Slower-paced practice that holds postures for a longer number of breaths (compared to a Vinyasa Flow) allowing more space to explore alignment and sensation in each asana. Transitions are a little slower emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.
