Our Aligned Unlimited Monthly membership gives members unlimited access to classes. It is a monthly recurring fee. This membership is perfect for practitioners who come two or three times weekly. Please refer to our rates tab or the Aligned Movement App to view class packages and memberships.

Do I qualify for a discount?

Regulations & Etiquette
Engaging in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or makes others uncomfortable may lead to membership revocation. Receiving 2-3 complaints will prompt a review of the situation.
I got a new card, but the payment failed. How do I fix it?
Head over to our app! In the top left-hand corner, you will see your profile icon. Click your profile, click payments, and update your card information! Then, please email us to rerun your card so you can book your classes!
What is the commitment for the Aligned Unlimited Auto-Renewal Membership?
Our Aligned Unlimited Auto-Renewal Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
After your 3-month commitment, we have a 30-day cancellation notice. If you would like to cancel your membership, please email support@alignedmovementonline.com
Can I Pause My Membership?
You can pause your membership for up to 3 months with no documentation required. If you need to pause for longer than 3 months, a medical document is required. Please note: if you request to cancel your membership during a paused period, membership payments are still required. To request a pause, please email support@alignedmovementonline.com

When Should I Cancel My Class Booking?
Our flexible cancellation window closes 2 hours before class starts.
Please be sure to cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid fees and open up your spot for a waitlisted member.

Class Cancellation Courtesy Policy
At Aligned Movement, we do our best to keep your class schedule consistent and reliable. However, in rare cases of instructor illness or unexpected emergencies, a class may be canceled last minute.
If we ever need to cancel a class within 2 hours of start time:
Your courtesy credit can be used toward retail, beverages, workshops, or future class packs.
We’ll always notify you as soon as possible through email, text, and the app — and we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility when these rare moments occur. 🤍

Where are you located?
We are located in Lakeville, Ma. Our address 155 Millennium Cir Rear, 2nd, Lakeville, MA 02347. Walk up the steel exterior stairs and enter through Muay Thai studio. Down the hallway to your right through two double doors!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to get accommodated. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. We recommend wearing fitted, moisture-wicking clothes. We also have $5 Lululemon mat rentals (limited quantity)

Our mission is to create the most welcoming space. We remind our students to listen to their bodies and do their best with the body they came in with.
I am new to yoga; what do you suggest?
We recommend that those who have never taken yoga sign up for our Warm Vinyasa, slow flow, yin, and restorative classes. Please refer to our Classes tab for class descriptions.
When is a good time to arrive for class?
Door opens 15 minutes before class! This will ensure the instructor is ready for you and the previous class has left. We kindly ask students to arrive no later than 5 minutes before class starts.
How do you heat the studio?
Our infrared heat has no light or sound and will be set to 95 degrees for our hot classes. This type of heat has many beautiful benefits that will uplift your experience!

How should I prep for hot classes?
Please ensure you are hydrated for our hot classes at least 24 hours before and after class. Water, proper *electrolytes and fueling your body with nutritional food will help benefit your practice and experience.

How should I book my classes?
We recommend downloading our personalized app Aligned Movement. Availble in both Apple Store and Google Play. Once you download it, you will have full access to our schedule, memberships, and more.
How far out can I book my classes?
Our booking availability is 1 week out!
How is the waitlist structured?
You can add yourself to the waitlist for any fully booked class. The waitlist is numbered in the order you joined—if you are #1, you’re the next person who will be added if a spot opens. As spaces free up, members move up in position until placed into class. If you’re moved in, you’ll be automatically confirmed and notified by text message/email. Make sure you’ve opted in to text notifications/emails. Please note that the waitlist will stop bumping members into class 2 hours before the class start time.
Once the automatic bump-in window closes (two hours before class), you’ll still have a chance to snag a spot if someone cancels late!
If a member cancels within two hours of class, you’ll receive a text notification letting you know a space has opened. From there, you can tap the link in the text to book yourself into class on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note — the text will go out to everyone still on the waitlist, so spots may fill quickly.
What happens if I get into the class?
If you’ve been moved in from the waitlist, you are considered confirmed in the class just like a regular booking. Normal cancellation and no-show policies apply, so please only join the waitlist if you anticipate being able to attend. If your plans change, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid fees.
What does 'waitlist full' mean?
If the waitlist for a class is full, you will see “Waitlist Full” and will not be able to join at that time. Check back later in case a spot on the waitlist opens up, or consider reserving another class.
Never fear the waitlist! Spots typically will open up!
Can I bring a friend in?
With our Auto-renewal and Trial Membership, you can bring a friend in for their first class for free. However, this is only one use per friend.
How do I book them in?
When booking a class, you’ll see the option to reserve for Myself or for a Guest. If you’re bringing someone with you, select Guest and enter their email address to confirm the booking. Your guest will receive an email with a waiver to sign before class. Their spot is tied to your reservation, and normal cancellation/no-show policies still apply.
How do they sign the waiver?
When you book a Guest, you’ll be prompted to enter your guest’s email address. Once the booking is confirmed, your guest will receive an email with a waiver link to review and sign electronically before class.
The signed waiver is saved under your guest’s email address in our system for any future visits. If they don’t complete it ahead of time, they’ll be asked to sign in-studio before class begins. Each guest must have their own signed waiver on file to participate.
My friend cancelled on me, what do I do?
When you book a class for yourself and a guest, two separate reservations are created—one under your name and one under your guest’s name. If your guest can’t attend, you only need to cancel the Guest reservation. Your own booking will remain active, so you won’t lose your spot in class. In your upcoming reservations, the booking under “Reserved” is your spot, and the one marked “Guest” is your guest’s spot. To cancel, simply select the Guest reservation and remove it. This will free up the guest spot without affecting your own.
What is the no-show policy for plus ones?
When you book a Plus One, their reservation is tied to your own. This means that all cancellation and no-show policies apply to both you and your guest. If your guest does not attend class, a no-show fee will still be charged. To avoid fees, you’ll need to cancel both your own and your guest’s reservation before the cancellation window closes.
I don't have a membership. Can I still bring a +1?
If you use our +1 feature without a membership, you will automatically be charged the drop-in rate for the additional spot.
How can I help a current Aligned Unlimited member save $25?
If a current Aligned Unlimited member introduced you to our yoga and hot Pilates community, and you’ve now signed up for your own Aligned Unlimited membership, they’re eligible to receive $25 off their next payment!
What do I need to do?
Just enter the name of the member who referred you on our Referral page
Are there any requirements?
Yes — both you and the referring member must be on active auto-renewal memberships for the reward to apply. Please note: Members with scheduled cancellations are not eligible to receive the referral benefit.
