What are your membership options?

Our Aligned Unlimited Monthly membership gives members unlimited access to classes. It is a monthly recurring fee. This membership is perfect for practitioners who come two or three times weekly. Please refer to our rates tab or the Aligned Movement App to view class packages and memberships.

I got a new card/ payment failed, how do I fix it? 

Head over to our app! In the top left-hand corner, you will see your profile icon. Click your profile, click payments, and update your card information! Then, please email us to rerun your card so you can book your classes!

What are my benefits? 

As an auto-renewal member, you can access our special edition/holiday classes with no additional fees and receive 10% off merch! Did we mention you can bring a friend for their first class free!

Do I qualify for a discount?

Members of Police, Fire, and/or active/retired Military receive 20% off. College students 23 and under receive 15% off. Please email

What is the Cancellation Policy?

New Member Special 

Please take advantage of our New member special! Our trial membership is $54 for a month of unlimited classes. Discover how much you enjoy practicing under a flexible unlimited membership. Available for all new members! 

Is there a commitment?

No commitment afterward; you decide which plan best suits you once it expires.

How do I continue under a new plan?

To continue under a new plan, you must wait until your new member special has fully expired until you can purchase a new membership. 

Where are you located?

We are located in Lakeville, Ma. Our address 155 Millennium Cir Rear, 2nd, Lakeville, MA 02347. Walk up the steel exterior stairs and enter through Muay Thai studio. Down the hallway to your right through two double doors! 

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to get accommodated. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. We recommend wearing fitted, moisture-wicking clothes. We also have $5 Lululemon mat rentals (limited quantity) 

Experiencing Nerves?

Our mission is to create the most welcoming space. We remind our students to listen to their bodies and do their best with the body they came in with.

I am new to yoga; what do you suggest? 

We recommend that those who have never taken yoga sign up for our Warm Vinyasa, slow flow, yin, and restorative classes. Please refer to our Classes tab for class descriptions.

When is a good time to arrive for class?

Earliest arrival is 15 minutes before class starts. This will ensure the instructor is ready for you and the previous class has left. We kindly ask students to arrive no later than 5 minutes before class starts. 

How do you heat the studio?

Our infrared heat has no light or sound and will be set to 95 degrees for our hot classes. This type of heat has many beautiful benefits that will uplift your experience!

- Can help with muscle pain and tension
- Improved blood circulation. Which can help with muscle recovery
- Promotes a feeling of relaxation
- Can help reduce joint pain & stiffness
- Improved heart health because of the increase in heart rate
- Energy efficient, as the Infrared heats objects and people instead of the air.

How should I prep for hot classes? 

Please ensure you are hydrated for our hot classes at least 24 hours before and after class. Water, proper *electrolytes and fueling your body with nutritional food will help benefit your practice and experience.

You can purchase a gift certificate in-studio or online! Please notice that the gift certificate goes only towards class packages + Memberships. 

How do I purchase online? 

Head over to our Gift Certificate tab. There, you'll find all the steps to complete the purchase, including a PDF you can print and gift to your friend. 

How do I activate my gift certificate?

Please email the studio all your information, including a photo of the gift certificate and amount. The submission steps are in our gift certificate tab.

How should I book my classes?

We recommend downloading our personalized app, linked under the Schedule tab on our website. Once you download it, you will have full access to our schedule, memberships, and more! 

How far out can I book my classes? 

Our booking availability is 1 week out!

When should I cancel my class booking?

Our cancellation window closes two hours before class starts. Please unbook your spot before the window closes to let our waitlist friends into class! 

How is the waitlist structured? 

Our waitlist is first come first serve, everyone has equal opportunity to book into class when a spot opens up! 

How do I claim my spot?

When a spot opens up, you will receive an email. From there, hop onto the app, unbook your spot and then rebook into class! If it shows error, it's because someone booked in faster. 

What does 'fully booked' mean?

We have 10 spots available on our waitlist before its grayed out and reads 'fully booked'

Never fear the waitlist! Spots typically will open up! 

Can I bring a friend in? 

With an unlimited membership, you can bring a friend in for their first class for free. However, this is only one use per friend. 

How do I book them in?

When booking through our app, ensure you hit +1 when securing your spot.

How do they sign the waiver?

Please tell your friend to read and sign the waiver before arrival. Have them download our app and create an account, prompting them to sign the waiver. Please inform the instructor who your +1 is so the instructor can check to see if everything is all set!

My friend cancelled on me, what do I do?
Please unbook your booking and rebook without a +1. Our cancellation window closes two hours before class starts, which is important since we have waitlisted classes. 

I don't have a membership. Can I still bring a +1?

If you use our +1 feature without a membership, you will automatically be charged the drop-in rate for the additional spot.
